Terms of use

These terms cover the Linkaloo closed beta, offered by AVS Media, Federico Fellinistraat 102, 6515 LV Nijmegen, the Netherlands (KvK 98648225).

What Linkaloo is#

A service that makes short links for web addresses and counts the clicks on them.

Beta#

Access is by request and may change or end while we build. Features, limits and prices can change; we tell you in the app.

Your links#

You are responsible for where your links point. Do not use Linkaloo for phishing, malware, scams or anything unlawful. We check destinations, we act on reports, and we can take a link down. A link that is taken down answers 410 and its back-half stays blocked.

Liability#

We build with care but offer the beta as it is. Our liability is limited as far as the law allows, and not for intent or gross negligence.
